Good Goody Huts. Created by Harmonica. Immersive Dialogue. Adds some spice and character to a lot of non-spoken lines in the game. Some lines were lacking in how that particular leader might have spoke while other lines were just a simple copy and paste for everyone. While I was messing with Civ 6 to try to play a game without ever founding a city , I found that all the player and AI starting conditions are stored in a file called Eras. Just make sure you backup Eras. The 'Repeat Route' checkbox alone makes Better Trade Screen worth it, but it brings lots of improvements, such as new sorting options to the Trade Overview screen. It's one of those quality of life improvement UI mods we'll keep checked forever.
One of the most poorly-explained mechanics in Civ 6 is the fact that certain districts, like Industrial Zones, grant their benefits to all city-centers within six tiles. This mod adds a tool that makes it very easy to quickly display the range of these effects so you never waste land on a redundant district again.
CIVIGraphs 2 adds a Civ 5-style demographics panel that lets you see info on things like army size and population for you and all of your rivals over time. Simple, lightweight, but very useful. TPS Report cover sheet not included. It can be even harder to keep track of which world firsts are still available. But no more! The mod replaces all icons for great people with actual portraits of them. Cool right? Mappa Mundi improves on that by adding over 15, unique names to mountains, rivers, and volcanoes among other natural landmarks.
Names are actually based on real-world locations, which completely enhances the realism of the game. He wanted to make the dialogue more unique. Not only that, but he wanted to make it more realistic as well.
By replacing most of the non-spoken dialogue in the game, he was able to capture how certain leaders actually spoke for a more realistic experience.
Text dialogue in Civ6 may have been something you just breezed through in the past. Yet one more staple of most Civilization mods lists, PerfectWorld by p0kiehl is also available for Civ6.
PerfectWorld6 is a world generation tool that makes terrain much more realistic. Climate is simulated based from geostrophic and monsoon weather patterns, and hydrology based on elevation and rainfall amount. As with the previous version for Civ5, one of the standout features of this mod is that rivers and other bodies of water actually follow more realistic drainage paths based on elevation.
The changes in terrain will also make for a fresh experience too. It is literally the largest option as it includes different picks of map sizes from Enormous, Giant, and Ludicrous. This is great for players who find the default maps too small. Not only that, but this is packed with additional features as well.
Civilizations are now assigned start locations that are historically accurate. Not only that, but resources only spawn in geographically accurate locations as well. Even adding a win condition for converting the world to your religion. The mod adds tons of historical, pre-modern, and indigenous religions for you to discover. Plus is assigns appropriate religions to leaders who previously did not have religious preference.
At least these two modders thought so, both known for creating some of the most interesting wonder mods for Civ6. The Great Blue Hole is a giant marine sinkhole just off the coast of Belize. The mod is somewhat realistic as well, as there is a possibility of eruption which will cause lower yields. Just as in the real world, you can look in awe at the geological marvel.
The largest among the mentioned wonders from Sukritact, taking 3 tiles! This mod reflects the scale of the actual canyon in Arizona.
